Following is the catalogue of items available for your bidding at our third annual Oktoberfest Dinner Auction on October 19. We thank our many donors for a wonderful variety of experiences, activities, and gift certificates for meals, self-care, and more!


Items Available for Pre-Auction Bidding in the Narthex:

New this year is an opportunity to bid on three wonderful items on display in the narthex beginning on October 28. All parishioners are invited to bid on these fun items. The high bidders will be determined and notified following the 10:00 Mass on October 13.


Wine Tasting for Four at Sigillo Cellars (Narthex #1): This item provides a wonderful opportunity for you to taste the delicious wines produced by Sigillo Cellars in their beautiful tasting room in historic downtown Snoqualmie. Current Sigillo Cellars wines will be paired with a shared charcuterie board. Guests receive 10% off any wine purchases made on the day of their visit. Donor: Sigillo Cellars.

Are You Ready for Some Football? (Narthex #2): The answer is yes when you are all decked out in your new Seahawk gear! Included in this handmade Seahawk themed cotton tote bag is one men’s tee-shirt (L), one ladies V-neck tee-shirt (M), one hat, a throwback lanyard in original Seahawk colors and a decal to share your team spirit. Family Day at Remlinger Farms (Narthex #3): This gift certificate provides admission for four people to Remlinger Farms in Carnation. The Country Fair themed park opens in June through Labor Day and features a variety of rides including a roller coaster, zipline, carousel and more! You may also choose to visit their Fall Festival and U-Pick Pumpkins through Halloween 2024. This promises to be a day of fun! Check out their website for additional information. Sourdough By Kathy and Clive: This item is limited to one subscription so raise your paddles fast and high to enjoy delicious homemade sourdough bread baked fresh from parishioner Kathy French’s kitchen. Made with organic ingredients and 100% naturally fermented, this monthly subscription will make your evening meal even more special as you gather to break bread and share your day. Bread basket includes two sourdough Pain de Mie (white) sandwich loaves with a bow bread knife. Beginning in December 2024, you will receive two fresh loaves delivered during the first week of every month through November 2024.   4. Knights To The Rescue!: The Knights are donating twelve hours of labor to assist with yard work ranging from fall or spring clean-up to planting, weeding and general maintenance.   5. Vintage Goebel Nativity Set: This set is from the extensive collection of Father Dave Rogerson. You may now have one of the hundreds of Nativity Sets featured in St. Barbara’s narthex during Advent over the past many years. This vintage nativity from West Germany includes the manger with ten numbered porcelain pieces. Donor: St. Barbara Parish. Value: $250-$300.


  6. Annual Parking Space: The high bidder on this item will enjoy a reserved parking space for one full year! Whether you arrive early or just in time, your parking space located close to the church doors will be waiting for you helping you reach the pew before the Entrance Procession begins.   7. Rosary Blessed by Pope Francis: This beautiful handcrafted rosary was purchased specifically for this auction at the Oggetti Religiosi shop in St. Peter’s Basilica during a trip to Rome. Handcrafted by Italian craftsmen, the rosary is made of silver, semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals. The rosary was blessed by Pope Francis during his Wednesday General Audience on May 8, 2024. A copy of his address is included for your reflection, a message of hope. Donors: Doug and Polly Marsh.   8. Quarterly Dessert Subscription: Choose from a variety of restaurant quality desserts handcrafted by parishioner, Susan Peterson. You will receive one dessert quarterly of your choosing for a total of four throughout the year. Examples include White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Apple Crisp, Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, Pumpkin Cheesecake, White Chocolate Cheesecake, Chocolate Kahlua Cake and Lemon Cheesecake.
